A pursuit through thousands of hectares in search of the finest of wheat. A well-bred Italian buffalo named Alberta and a piece of her neighbor’s tomato-farm. An on-going tasting to find the finest of toppings – an idea – and a guy with two Michelin stars on his apron crafting it all together.

Marble counters, golden details and walls covered in the darkest of black. An unlimited stash of spray-cans and a creative mind unleashed. An elegant setting merged with some out of control – adding a pinch of “gosh” and a balanced hint of “damn”.

Our idea evolved into a concept, an experience in a world to explore. A meal that triggers all your senses while leaving nothing but everything craving for more.
